Why offer this benefit?

Finding life difficult?

Every day the academy receives messages from women who are finding life difficult at work and home due to negative symptoms created by hormonal decline. Symptoms can often be debilitating, however, there is light at the end of that dark tunnel. Menopause Academy is specifically designed to educate anyone interested in this previously taboo subject.

Educational and sensitive

The information is delivered in an educational and sensitive way which often leads to valuable staff retention and improved productivity. Relationships with colleagues and line managers also improve as does life in general. The tools and techniques could reduce or even eradicate nasty symptoms.

Academy Access

Access to the Academy will be gained via the use of a code, that will be sent to employees. They can then set their logins, with a password and gain access for life! Employees can decide when they choose to continue or review their academy e-learning program. It will be made available to them 24/7, 365 days a year, without an expiry. For confidentiality, if they elect this benefit, it will simply show as a “health screening” on any internal reports.
