Cinema Pass is a digital based membership. Upon joining Cinema Pass members have immediate access to purchase tickets at 40% discount for the following national chains, Vue, Odeon, Empire, Showcase, REEL as well as many local cinemas.

Once employees elect for this benefit they receive an activation code which is valid for 12 months. You make your savings by buying Vouchers for the cinema of your choice, the Vouchers arrive within minutes of you ordering them by email and you simply redeem them when you purchase your cinema tickets online or at the box office.  Cinema Pass is flexible, you are not required to select the date/time of film and the vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You can buy up to 10 Vouchers each month.

The benefit usually operated through an employee paid deduction from Net Salary, however, we have had a number of clients who have opted to provide employees with access to Cinema Pass as a reward.  There are no tax implications if you choose to do this as as the value falls below statutory reporting levels.
